Terms and Conditions

Order & Payment Policy
• No exchange or return is allowed.
• Online/Store orders require 100% advance payment.

Customization & Measurement Guidelines
• All customizations must be approved by the client, including embroidery details, colour,
silhouette, and measurements.
• Clients must provide updated and accurate measurements.
• Once the outfit is processed or ready, no changes will be made by the company.
• Any post-completion change will be treated as a paid alteration.

Production / Lead Time
• Standard production time is 60–90 days.
• Urgent orders will incur an additional 20% charge.

Design Modification & Size / Length Charges
• Any change in design, embroidery, colour, or fabric will be considered a modification.
• Modification charges start at 20% of the outfit cost, subject to feasibility.
• Plus-size outfits may incur an additional 20% extra charge.

Fitting Appointment Policy
• Clients must inform at least one week prior before visiting for trial.
• All communication or enquiries must be done via WhatsApp or Instagram to avoid
miscommunication
• Re-measurements must above 4 months deliveries date.

Alteration Policy
• Alterations are valid up to 30 days from the final delivery date, if feasible.
• If there's any alteration related to size it will be chargable
• We don't provide International Alteration

Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Domestic delivery takes 5–7 days (urgent deliveries are chargeable).
• International shipping charges are:-
• ₹20,000 per outfit for standard delivery (5–9 days).
• ₹25,000 per outfit for express delivery (3–5 days).
• Courier delays due to weather, customs, or strikes and holidayts are not the company’s
responsibility.
• Re-shipping due to incorrect or unavailable address is chargeable.

Outfit Storage Policy
• Outfits will be with us for 60 days after final delivery date has gone.
• Unpicked outfits after this period will be considered abandoned and discarded.

Design Disclaimer
• Minor variations in colour, fabric, and embroidery are natural.
• As the mirrors are embroidered to the fabric a slight fall out of mirror while wearing/ packing / unpacking is natural.
• Colour, embroidery, style, or fabric may slightly vary from original samples or website images.
